We provide all of our clients Bilingual 24 hour remote (phone, email, ssh)
and onsite support, 7 days a week, 365 days every year. Rest assured that if
and when you need support, we will be there for you.
General Support Contracts
Security patches and updates as well as general system monitoring
are included in this level of support. Furthermore, this service
is automatically included for a minimum period of six months for
any OpenBSD System that we build.
Onsite Support Contracts
This support includes onsite system and hardware upgrades
as well as Emergency support that supersedes the above General
level support contracts.
"OpenBSD Support Japan Inc." is dedicated to help support the
OpenBSD Project. A portion of our revenue and all CD sales go
back to help fund the ongoing development of OpenBSD.
